Wise Words Wednesday

February 8, 2012 @ 12:00 By Gavin Webber 3 Comments

It is that time of the week again where I hand the blog over to you, the reader.

This weeks question is from Anne who writes;

Hi Gavin

I am very new to the cheese making game and I am wondering if you have any tips for making cottage cheese?

Would like it to be as natural as possible.

Thank you
Anne

I have never made cottage cheese before, so am unable to answer this one myself.  Can anyone help out Anne with her question?

Will this article help someone you know? If so help them out by sharing now!

    This YouTube video shows making cottage cheese similar to the way my great aunt did back in the 1940s

    Hope this helps!

      Nice find Theanne. Not a bad video. It certainly helped me.

    Hi Gavin and Anne. I just came across this recipe while foodie browsing:

    This may be another help.
