Baton Passed

October 18, 2014 @ 18:25 By Gavin Webber 2 Comments

Rhonda gave a beautiful acceptance speech for her Green Lifestyle Award – Local Green Hero; far more eloquent than my baton passing.

I couldn’t agree more.  The change to simpler and more sustainable lifestyles are happening at the grass-roots level, not the political one.  We are leading the change, you and I, and all readers of sustainable/simple living blogs, magazines, and forums.  Politicians will soon catch up, because we will force them to.

We are the change we want to see in the world.  So don’t stop.  Just keep on keeping on and show them how it is done!

Well deserved winner I have learnt so much from Rhonda’s informative site.
We may not be able to change the world but our simple living attitudes will help our own families and maybe put a bit less stress on the planet.

Yay Rhonda! She is one very inspirational woman, and well deserved recognition.

I am so glad I found Rhonda way back in 2007 when I started blogging. I have learned so much from her, she was the one that put me back on track to living a simpler life. I like to see people getting rewarded for all the effort they put into helping others live a more sustainable life 🙂

Such a lovely acceptance speech, thank you for sharing Gavin 🙂
