Taking A Little Break

May 21, 2014 @ 21:36 By Gavin Webber 14 Comments

Hi everyone.  Gav here.

Just taking a little break from blogging this week, as we have a house full of guests for my birthday.

I will be back on Sunday night after the party!  I will be cooking all the pizzas for our guests in my very own backyard clay oven.

While I am away, don’t hesitate to have a look around the archives.  There are so many great posts, if I do say so myself.

Anyway dear readers, until then, stay green and keep keen!

    Gavin,
Happy Birthday. I have been following you for some time now and have plans to build a cobb oven like yours one day. How is it holding up? Have you needed to do any maintenance? Thanks!

      Hi Bryan.

It is still working fine. No maintenance to speak of except keeping it clean. I will be making an updated video over the weekend, showing folks how it has held up well over the last two years! Look out for a post about it soon.
