Cream Cheese Clown

July 28, 2013 @ 21:51 By Gavin Webber 9 Comments

Yes.  That’s me.  The Cream Cheese Clown.

Why?  Well, who else do you know that buys organic non-homogenised milk (heavily discounted) within ten minutes after visiting his GP, who told him to rest in bed after being diagnosed with a flu like virus, then goes home, to start making cream cheese.

The same clown that then hosts our last Annual General Meeting for the Melton Sustainable Living Group (which now has a new committee), and then gets up before the chickens at 0530 on a Sunday morning to drain said cream cheese?

What a dork!

Anyway, the cream cheese is in the fridge chilling so that when I feel a bit better, I will make into logs rolled in herbs.  It does taste delicious.

That will cheer me up.  I felt like I have achieved nothing over the last few days, but I suppose it is to be expected when one is ill and supposed to be resting.

Frustrated.  Life is too short.
