Today I planned to make cheese, but I ended up making two. So much fun, and it certainly kept me on my toes for five hours. Concentration was essential so that I didn’t stuff up either cheese.
I made Kim’s favourite Cotswold, and then I created a brand new variation on my tried and tested recipe for Romano.
