Making Colby Cheese – Video

Curd nerds rejoice!

I have finally finished production of my new cheese making video.  This one is a modified Colby recipe that I now call my own.

The video took many hours in post production last night due to the failure within the editing software.  At least I can call the first attempt of editing a practice run, so this version should be spot on.
