Teaching on Curious.com

August 20, 2013 @ 22:17 By Gavin Webber 4 Comments

I have been getting a lot of feedback about my video tutorials via reader emails and via YouTube.  So much so, that recently I was invited by Curious.com to turn them into more formal lessons on their site.

I remastered three videos that I had previously uploaded to YouTube and the team at Curious.com are turning them into very informative lessons complete with quizzes and a recipe sheet.  I am very impressed with the final product.

So, without further ado, please feel free to have a look my first lesson, How To Make Homemade Parmesan Cheese.   It is currently free to enroll, but only for a short time.  However, if you do want to enroll, use this link, as you will receive extra curious coins, which are the currency for the site.

I will let you know when the next two lessons are available.  They should be available soon via my curious.com profile; http://curious.com/littlegreencheese

Until then, happy cheesemaking my friends!

That’s great, Gav. There are so many interesting doors opening for you. Very exciting. You really are a great role model for people wanting to take the first step to a more sustainable lifestyle but not knowing where to start. Congrats.

Cheers Lynda. Not sure where this will lead to but it is exciting. I am am very pleased how the first lesson turned out.

It is now priced at 5 coins (pricing allocated by curious) so I think it is reasonable.
