I have a compost tumbler and since I got that my compost has improved tremendously. I actually have red wriggler worms in it – I dont know if they migrated from my in ground worm bins, or how they got there, but I am happy to have them. We have a large lychee tree which drops plenty of leaves which we shred and regularly add to the compost. Those really get the compost hopping, and I think rolling the bin mixes everything and incorporates air.
