With the advent of the 50th Anniversary of Dr Who, after just watching a brilliant episode called Day of the Doctor, I decided to write about a very old cheese that I found lurking at the back of the Tardis cheese cave.
I opened it last week, and was looking for a moment to write about it. This Romano is a simply amazing cheese, made from raw milk way back in December 2011.
