Chicken broth with green veg and rice noodles, home made of course, was the get well remedy.
To supliment, I have been drinking green tea with sliced ginger and honey. All seems to be on the improve and I feel much better. I rested well, in bed for 3 days, and got lots of healing sleep.
You have all been a great help, and I will investigate many of your suggestions over the coming days, especially the dietary advice.
A special thanks goes out to Nurse Kim, my very special lady, who took very good care of me over the last few weeks. You are amazing darling!
