Komijnekaas Taste Test

For all you curd nerds, I have posted a appraisal of the Komijnekaas that I made in late October that I cracked open last night.

I am so glad that you can still eat cheese whilst eating a vegetarian diet.  I don’t know what I would do without my cheese!
