The Enemy Within

October 6, 2011 @ 12:00 By Gavin Webber 8 Comments

Follow up from one of the many comments on yesterdays clothes dryer post, this video kind of sums up the mentality of some people in our communities.  Thanks to Bruise Mouse for the link!

It comes from Stephen Colbert, who presents The Colbert Report, a comedy TV show in the US.  It is very funny.

Yep, I’ve done the FB thing too. What a clever bit of editing with all those musical and video cliches to build suspense. America the land of free speech…but not free drying!

I thought it was a cracker as well. However if you facebook it directly from the video, only people in the US and Canada can view it as the vid is blocked for the rest of the world. That is why I had to embed a different version.

Putting aside for a moment how it works if you’ve signed something along the lines of a strata agreement, the ‘theme’ behind the vid is pretty spot on.

It is a bit ridiculous, isn’t it. Promise I don’t spend my days looking at the neighbours washing!
