Dear readers. Thanks for your concern about my energy levels. On your advice, I downloaded a fact sheet about nutritional needs when on a vegetarian diet. It helped Kim and I balance our requirements, and we should be right as rain now.

Also thanks for the suggestions for the podcast. They sound promising, although I will have to stick to stuff I have mastered myself, as I wouldn't want to give anyone bad advice.

Sometimes businesses may have a security camera one the parking lotm but around here police will totally ignore small events.

With Manda's advice, ramp up on some magnesium. We understand if you need to give yourself a little vacation.

After rest, have you ever thought about podcasts on alternative construction (cordwood, rammed earth, earth ships, straw bale, etc.)? Is that kind of thing popular in Australia? There can be some big impacts on energy use. What about resilience to high winds? Are there other advantages? Just a thought.

Well that just plain sucks about the car. I would suggest you try blocking your number from registering on their caller ID and giving it another few tries. You never know they may have been screening their calls for the next few days and when they keep seeing the same number that they don;t know pop up they just not answer it. Or call em early in the morning!!

I must say your fav linked veg meal looks very delish! Def going to try it. Damn re the bumper hey. We have had similar happen before and it puts a real dampener on a nice day out. As for the podcast - what about an a-z of keeping chooks?
