For all you curd nerds out there, I have published another Little Green Cheese podcast.
I have changed the schedule to once a fortnight on Monday nights. I found that this fits into my hectic schedule much better, and two weeks is enough time to collect enough listener voicemails and emails to answer during the show. This also helps keeping the duration of each episode to around 30 minutes, which I am told by my listeners is about right.
During this show, I talk about all the yummy cheese we had at my birthday party. I also answer many listener questions about home cheese making techniques for Camembert, Quick Mozzarella, and talk about ‘late blowing’, and my YouTube cheese making tutorials.
